My new TC33D just recently will not start in one of the neutral settings (the one betweenrange I and II). What is going on? Startsfine in the other neutral.

I have the same problem with my TC33D. It often (maybe always? I can't remember) won't start in the neutral between 1 & 2, but starts every time in the "rearmost" neutral (between 1 & 3). I keep forgetting to ask the dealer about this. It was just in for it's 50 hr maintenance... I should have asked them to look it over at the time. I'll be interested to hear what kind of responses you get.

The neutral safety switch for the range trasmission is ever so slightly out of adjustment. It can be accessed from the rear of the tractor, inside the left rear wheel. If under warranty, as I suspect it is, have your dealer stop by and adjust the switch. ....

the range selector switch went out of adjustment on mine the first day of use.....then the PTO switch got damaged by a peice of brush........ARGGGGGG but no trouble since and my dealer's salesperson came out on two seperate Sundays and made both repairs! :) ....
